My wife wanted a down lighter for our porch to shine down on our hand made oak door. This is what we chose and we are very pleased with it.

A slim linear porch light for entries and facades
A die-cast aluminium bar light with a glass diffuser panel, black, giving a continuous even stripe of light down a wall. Four lengths - 7.9, 11.8, 19.7 and 31.5 in - across 12W, 20W, 30W and 48W, in 3000K warm white or cool white. It is 3.15 in tall and 1.97 in deep, so it sits close to the wall and reads as a line rather than a fixture. Hardwired at 110-265V on a wall switch. Rated IP65 and rust-proof, which makes it suitable for open, unsheltered walls as well as indoor use.
Highlights
- A line of light, not a lamp — The glass panel diffuses the LED into a continuous even stripe, so the wall is lit rather than the fixture being looked at.
- Four lengths — 7.9, 11.8, 19.7 and 31.5 in, at 12W, 20W, 30W and 48W, to suit anything from a door reveal to a garage facade.
- Two colour temperatures — Warm white for a softer entrance, cool white for clear, bright illumination.
- IP65 and rust-proof — A die-cast aluminium body sealed against heavy rain and dust, rated for fully exposed walls.
- Only 1.97 in deep — It sits tight to the wall, which is what lets it work indoors as well as out.

We installed two of these linear fixtures vertically on either side of our garage doors, and the exterior curb appeal upgrade was instantaneous. The warm light setting adds such a welcoming ambiance to the driveway in the evenings.
LED Porch Light Bar | Die-Cast Aluminum, 4 Lengths to 31.5 in | IP65 Waterproof, Warm or Cool White
Really sleek low-profile light bar and bright LED output. My only minor note during installation is that wiring it flush to the exterior siding takes a tiny bit of patience, but once mounted, it sits super close to the wall and looks incredibly high-end.
LED Porch Light Bar | Die-Cast Aluminum, 4 Lengths to 31.5 in | IP65 Waterproof, Warm or Cool White
Sleek low-profile aluminum bar, weather-resistant IP65 build, even illumination, and perfect modern curb appeal!
LED Porch Light Bar | Die-Cast Aluminum, 4 Lengths to 31.5 in | IP65 Waterproof, Warm or Cool White
There is no exaggeration. It's simple as a result. Of its black outer body. The fact that it is plastic does not look very cheap because it is not very understandable.
